We are looking for experienced Senior Carers to join our friendly team, to help us support our Clients as well as our Carers. If you are a caring and kind person, enjoys working in a team but also likes having your own responsibilities, you have the skills that make a great Senior Carer!

Our requirements are:
You must live locally in Eastbourne, Bexhill, Seaford, Hailsham or surrounding areas.
You must be a car owner with a full driving licence
You must have an NVQ/QCF Level 2 or college equivalent in Adult Health and Social Care as a minimum and be willing to work towards a Level 3
Please note our company does not have a sponsorship licence, and therefore is unable to offer visa sponsorship.

Competitive Pay Rates
For delivering care: £14.00 - £17.00 per hour weekdays, and £16.00 - £17.00 at weekends, with additional pay on Bank Holidays. Mileage is paid extra at 45 pence per mile and all training, including eLearning which can be done from home, is fully paid.
All Carers are able to take part in our paid Buddy-system which runs 7 days a week, with any care calls delivered paid on top. Our Senior Carers are paid £328.00 for weekend On-Call and £64.00 for weekday evening On-Call.

The Best Training
All initial practical training (Moving and Handling and Basic First Aid) delivered via our registered in-house Training Centre is officially certified to Level 2. Alongside full induction training, we offer Catheter Care, Bowel Stoma Care, and Gastrostomy/PEG Care training, as well as any training specifically required for individual clients (for example Buccal training). Fully paid Level 3 and Level 4 Diplomas in Adult Care are also available.
